I have been in private practice since 2000.

A little about my background:
I am an honors graduate of Louisiana Tech University (bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,
minor in psychology) and of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado
(a 1000+ hour massage therapy certification). I am Indiana State Certified as a Massage Therapist.

My work is centered around a core of detailed and intuitive massage therapy that effectively releases
muscular tension, eases pain, improves function, and assists the body in returning itself to vitality.

Along with this I integrate other elements of digestive, reproductive, and energetic therapies
for holistic wellness, as appropriate and welcomed. No two sessions are the same, as both you
and I are unique and ever changing. We address what is current for you at that time.

I also have a passion for teaching and I educate my clients when appropriate
so they can both understand and be empowered to help themselves
to the next step in their wellness goals.

My interest in healing on both a physical and energetic level
has taken me many places to both live and study... from the metallic hills
of north Idaho, to the swaths of farmland in central California,
down to the lush jungles of light and sound in Belize, and to the warm coast of Mexico...
I am deeply grateful to all my teachers and their lineages for their sharing with me. Thank you.

Advanced training includes:

                                               * Upledger Institute (CranioSacral Therapy I & II, SomatoEmotional Release I, CST for Obstetrics)
                                               * Living Awareness Institute (245 hours hands-on home herbal, nutritional, women's health studies)
                                               * four different certifications in Pre- and Perinatal Massage Therapy
                                               * Doulas of North America (Birth Doula certification)
                                                           * Arvigo Institute, Certified Arvigo Practitioner and Self Care Course Instructor
                                               * Spiritual Healing and Energy Therapy Apprenticeships/Studies
